Returns / Exchanges
To be eligible for a return/exchanges:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
-Item must not be a final sale item
-Item must be purchased from our Facebook / Instagram shop, direct website.
-Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
-Once approved, Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the return/exchange shipping label.
-*Platinum Series items are only eligible for store credit
*Free exchange/returns are not available for International orders, return shipping costs must be paid by the sender.
